about us
Quick-Links
One of the most important aspects of our work is thinking. Thinking hard about the challenges of particular projects, the needs of specific groups, or about our response to a new or changing initiative.
We know that our thinking is only one perspective and that is why we hold so much value in our community of practice. We are producing various materials to share what we mean by this and have recently used the idea of a communities of practice to help establish a new national leaders network for the National Literacy Trust.
In a nutshell...
“communities of practice are groups of people who share a concern or a passion for something they do and learn how to do it better as they interact regularly.”
Etienne Wenger
